Production of bituminous conglomerate
SICS owns an automated asphalt mix production plant, complemented by a dedicated bituminous emulsion production plant. This facility allows the company to manage the various phases of the production cycle internally, ensuring precise dosing of raw materials and consistency of mixes. The automation of the asphalt plant reduces operational variables and maintains high production standards, effectively meeting the needs of road and infrastructure construction sites, both public and private.
The asphalt plant is supported by an in-house laboratory dedicated to the study, design, and testing of bituminous mixes. In addition to the design phase, the laboratory conducts thorough and detailed quality controls on production processes, ensuring materials comply with technical requirements and current regulations. Advanced machinery for installation
The operation is supported by the use of modern, technologically advanced machinery. For installation, we use paving machines equipped with longitudinal and transverse self-leveling systems, ensuring precision and uniformity in the asphalt mix. To complete the work cycle, tandem rollers are used, allowing for surfaces with a high level of finish. The entire plant is fully automated and can be completed with the help of a single operator.
The SICS asphalt plant's production capacity is 200 tons per hour, sufficient to handle significant supplies for medium- and large-scale construction sites. This production capacity allows the company to promptly respond to requests for bituminous materials, maintaining constant attention to material quality, without sacrificing the technical characteristics of the mixes, and ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines.
